Purposeful Business Circles (PBCs)
This one-year investment consists of 12 monthly sessions that focus on dynamic growth for yourself and your business. PBCs are for small business owners and entrepreneurs who are serious about bringing their work to a larger customer base and willing to do the hard inner work necessary to perform at their own personal and professional best.
The PBCs operate from universal principles of:
- Your success is my success - we are here for ourselves and each other.
- We are so much more than we think we are - we challenge limited assumptions that keep us small.
- We all have a purpose that can be matched to the marketplace to create work that meets a deeper human need and provides a handsome return.
In every session we work from three levels matched to your key pre-determined objectives:
- The individual - with a focus on evolving you to a higher level of potential, purpose, and productive.
- The business - with a focus on your business making a greater difference, touching and enhancing the lives of more people/businesses, and being nicely rewarded - feeding the pocketbook & soul.
- The mental model of work - with a focus developing your work model so it serves you as it serves many others.
Purposeful Business Circles include:
- Bimonthly, one-day sessions meeting from 9am - 3pm.
- GuideWork / Coaching sessions on alternate months.
- An upfront questionnaire to determine your objectives gets you started.
- A Manual/Workbook with exercises to move your forward.
- Action Steps /Challenges to both keep you accountable and advance your business.
- Partners selected to gain and give support between sessions.
